These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and jp99a ("jp99a", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jp99a website located at jp99a.net and all associated services, products, and features offered therein ("Services").

By registering an account, accessing the jp99a platform, or using any jp99a Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — including but not limited to the jp99a Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jp99a platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting jp99a customer support.

To be eligible to hold a jp99a account and use jp99a Services, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
2. Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
3. Not be a resident of, or accessing jp99a from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
4. Not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of jp99a or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
5. Not have been previously excluded from jp99a under a self-exclusion programme or by jp99a pursuant to a breach of these Terms.

jp99a may require documentary evidence of age and identity (including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity document such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of jp99a is lawful under Malaysian law. jp99a makes no representation or warranty that use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

Each person may hold only one (1) jp99a account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise overlapping accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances. jp99a employs technical and operational measures to detect multi-accounting.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must notify jp99a promptly of any changes to your registration information by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jp99a account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

1. Use a strong, unique password for your jp99a account not shared with any other online service;
2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
3. Log out of your jp99a account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
4. Immediately notify jp99a customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

jp99a shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified jp99a of unauthorised access prior to such activity.

jp99a accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the jp99a platform at the time of transaction, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others), and other methods as made available from time to time. All transactions on jp99a are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

All funds deposited into your jp99a account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jp99a does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from third-party sources may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to:

1. Satisfactory completion of jp99a's identity verification (KYC) process;
2. The withdrawal being directed to a payment method previously used for deposit, where applicable, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations;
3. Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds being fulfilled prior to withdrawal;
4. The minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method, as published on the jp99a platform.

jp99a processes withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably practicable. Target processing times are published on the platform but are subject to variation based on payment provider processing schedules, verification requirements, and volume. jp99a shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

jp99a may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the Promotion. General bonus conditions include the following:

1. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full;
2. Wagering requirements specify the total bet volume that must be placed using the bonus funds (or combined bonus and deposit funds, as specified) before a withdrawal can be processed;
3. jp99a reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, or violation of these Terms;
4. Bonuses are personal to the registered member and may not be transferred;
5. jp99a reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retrospectively affect qualifying conditions already met by a member.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of jp99a:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
2. Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or other automated means to access or interact with jp99a Services;
3. Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in any jp99a game;
4. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed;
5. Using the jp99a platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
6. Accessing jp99a using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jp99a staff, agents, or other members through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the jp99a platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audiovisual elements, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jp99a or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jp99a platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or broader licence in respect of jp99a intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jp99a and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data;
2. Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the jp99a platform;
3. Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond jp99a's reasonable control;
4. Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security in accordance with these Terms.

jp99a's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jp99a Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jp99a in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jp99a provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members:

1. Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending;
2. Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of each gaming session;
3. Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months);
4. Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from jp99a. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are binding — jp99a will not reactivate a self-excluded account during the exclusion period.

jp99a reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to jp99a Services at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms;
2. Provision of false or fraudulent information;
3. Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6;
4. Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
5. A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring jp99a to restrict access.

Upon termination for cause, jp99a may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Any forfeiture of real-money balances held in your jp99a wallet following termination for cause will be communicated in writing with a reason.

You may request closure of your jp99a account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which jp99a holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, to the exclusion of the courts of any other jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jp99a from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Malaysian users acknowledge that their use of jp99a is subject to their own assessment of local legal requirements and that jp99a makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming under Malaysian law for individual users.

jp99a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered members via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of jp99a Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease use of jp99a and may request account closure via customer support.
